The Challenge:
In Indonesia, the mental health sphere faces two critical structural issues: deep-seated social stigma, and hyper-fragmented support systems (lack of centralized, evidence-based, and actionable resources).
To solve this, Seribu Tujuan needed to evolve from a simple awareness initiative into a trusted, scalable 0-to-1 brand ecosystem that could shift public behavior from reactive crisis response to proactive mental wellness.
Key Insight:
Mental health education fails when it is treated as a monolithic, one-size-fits-all conversation. To de-stigmatize the topic, I had to fragment the subject matter into specialized, low-friction entry points that met users wherever they were in their psychological journey.
The Architecture & Strategic Solution
I engineered the foundational 0-to-1 Brand Blueprint (Vision, Mission, Core Positioning, and Multi-Tier Audience Segmentation) and architected a modular, multi-pillar ecosystem:
- Core Literacy & Education (
seributujuan.id): Serving as the authoritative digital anchor for evidence-backed mental health literature. - Sub-Brand Extensions & Niche Positioning:
- Atrium: A safe, moderated story-sharing platform designed to reduce personal isolation.
- Reprodukasi: Bridging the gap between reproductive health, bodily autonomy, and psychological well-being.
- Mural & Creative Activations: Driving cultural resonance through visual, physical, and community-led expressions.
- High-Intent Utility — Find Help v2 (Suicide Prevention Hub): Designing a zero-friction directory tool that connects users in crisis directly with verified professional emergency resources.
